My first introduction to the Human Resources field was when I took the Myers-Briggs personality test. I was working as a payroll professional and that evaluation changed my life. Since then I have worked in large and small organizations, including Harvard University and the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts.

I also took every opportunity to learn and grow in this amazing field. Currently I am in the final phase of my PhD dissertation in Conflict Resolution at NOVA Southeastern University. This is after earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Master’s Degree in Organizational Development, both from Bridgewater State University.

I founded HR2fit as soon as I discovered my true passion for bringing quality service to small and medium size businesses.
